This session will focus on the participant’s experiences with revoking licences, closing businesses and dissolving associations.

This lab will therefore focus on existing measures and legislation in different member states and how these can be used as an alternative for conviction-based confiscation.

This lab examines if sufficient information is given to replicate these measures.
